Blackened Fish Tacos

Here is a way I like to prepare some of my catches. Typically fish tacos goes well with a majority of catches. Here is a list of ingredients I use.

  • fresh fish fileted
  • soft flour/corn tortilla shells
  • chopped iceberg lettuce
  • diced tomato
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced avacodo
  • sour cream
  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • blackened seasoning
  • limes

Trout

So when it comes to catching trout, what works for you? I find that fishing with tide, and utilizing live bait works really for me. I tend to let the bait suspend at whatever depth I am targeting in the area and letting the current pass in front of them. I have heard of poppin corks, works well for fisherman in certain areas. Please a comment with what is working for you.
