Here is a way I like to prepare some of my catches. Typically fish tacos goes well with a majority of catches. Here is a list of ingredients I use.
- fresh fish fileted
- soft flour/corn tortilla shells
- chopped iceberg lettuce
- diced tomato
- chopped cilantro
- diced avacodo
- sour cream
- sharp cheddar cheese
blackened seasoning
limes
After getting the ingredients together, blacken the fish in a hot pain with light oil. Then heat the taco shells up slightly for ease of folding. Apply the lettuce, tomato, avacodo, cheese, sour cream, topped with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
Please share any ideas on how to make this better or a recipe you enjoy making!
